We are committed to providing high quality and compassionate care for our patients with an emphasis on personalized service. Dr. John Mauterer and Dr. Julia Coutin have been performing surgery in the Baton Rouge area since 2012.
Our new location at 2380 O’Neal Lane in Baton Rouge, Louisiana opened its doors for business on June 10, 2019. Capital Area Veterinary Specialists offers surgical services by board certified veterinarian surgeons. We have provided surgical support for pet owners from all parts of Louisiana, including Lake Charles, Alexandria, Natchitoches, and Shreveport.
